To the East of Alanya, Kargicak tempts with its lovely coast line and an impressive lush green landscape. It is a popular area amongst tourists and locals due to its clean beaches, and property. Kargicak is surrounded by farmland, and is the place where many of the well known hotels are.

Its beaches are always clean, and the water is clear. In some parts of the shore, it is rich with aquatic life making it a great place to go scuba diving. There are numerous restaurants in Kargicak. Most are Turkish, but near hotels, you may find a few European restaurants. Most of the cafes are family owned, and will serve you good quality hot beverages and small meals popular in Turkey.

At the beach several nice beach clubs and fish restaurants are located.

Near Kargicak there are two areas that neighbour it, Mahmutlar, and Demirtas.

Kargicak is relatively near to the Dim cave and Dim river, and would make for excellent afternoon and half day trip. Also just around the corner the Antique city of Syedra can be visited.
