Apartman yöneticisi / Apartment manager

The person who is chosen to take care of the issues that concern everyone living in the apartment, such as elevator, building cleaning, stairs, lamps, expenses, and bills, and who undertakes this responsibility, is called the apartment manager or administrator.

The apartment manager is elected by voting by the people living in the building at the yearly general assembly.
This manager does not necessarily have to be living in the building but can also be a person or company from outside.

The apartment manager creates a list of expenses for the apartment, determines a fee according to the costs that will occur in the apartment, and notifies the residents of the building. The apartment manager must collect this fee and make the expenses related to the apartment every month.
Being an apartment manager is a big responsibility. Therefore, it should be considered carefully when being a candidate for apartment management.
