Villa Nehirsu II: Modern residential complex in Alanya Kargıcak

Villa Nehirsu II is a residential complex completed in 2021, situated on a 605 sqm plot in Alanya’s Kargıcak district. The three-storey building includes shared amenities designed for relaxation and family use.

The outdoor area centers around a rectangular pool with integrated waterfall features and built-in loungers along one side. Buses come by quite frequently to Kargicak. The city buses numbers 1, 2 and 3 now run to Kargicak centre.

The journey from Kargicak to Alanya is around twenty minutes. The buses also take you right to the centre of Alanya. Taxis are also available if need be.

There are numerous restaurants in Kargicak. Most are Turkish, but near hotels, you may find a few European restaurants. Most of the cafes are family owned, and will serve you good quality hot beverages and small meals popular in Turkey.

Near Kargicak there are two areas that neighbour it, Mahmutlar, and Demirtas.

Kargicak is relatively near to the Dim cave and Dim river, and would make for excellent afternoon and half day trip. Also just around the corner the Antique city of Syedra can be visited.
