Shared facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with a waterslide, a separate children’s pool, and a sun deck with lounge areas. A mushroom-shaped waterfall feature is integrated into the pool design.

Indoor amenities comprise a heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a fitness centre with modern equipment. Wellness facilities include a Turkish bath, sauna, and steam bath, each designed with warm wood finishes and subdued lighting. A cinema room and an on-site restaurant provide additional communal spaces for residents and guests.

The outdoor area features landscaped gardens with pathways connecting the buildings, a tennis court, and a playground. Its beaches are always clean, and the water is clear. In some parts of the shore, it is rich with aquatic life making it a great place to go scuba diving. Kargicak will additionally be able to provide you with your daily necessities, and places to dine out. It is always being improved as many more people are starting to live there.
