All properties offered through 2Base are, of course, located in areas where foreigners are permitted to purchase real estate.
The establishment of a notary power of attorney, bank account, and Turkish tax number is typically completed in half a day in Turkey – usually in connection with the residence permit application process.
Once all required documents and formalities are in place, we notify the title deed office that they may begin preparing the deed.
The final preparations at the title deed office usually take 7 to 10 business days, after which the title deed is issued in the buyer's name.
At the time of issuance, both the buyer and the seller must be present. However, as the buyer, you will be represented by 2Base via the power of attorney provided at the notary. This means you do not need to be physically present in Turkey yourself.
