ALTAV, is a non-profit organization founded on September 10, 1995, in order to broaden the range of representative organizations in Alanya and to encourage the introduction and active promotion of Alanya county.
Alanya Tourism Promotion Foundation, or ALTAV, is a non-profit organization founded on September 10, 1995, in order to broaden the range of representative organizations in Alanya and to encourage the introduction and active promotion of Alanya county. The foundation joins altogether 108 people, incuding foundations, such as Alanya´s Chamber of Commerce and Industry, The Association of Turkish Travel Agencies, and many more.
The goal of ALTAV is to introduce Alanya and its surrounding regions both on a national and an international level, to maintain and develop the region´s cultural, historical and economical assets and to improve and develop the region´s tourism.
Since its establishment, ALTAV has been continuing to work within the scope of its authority and making valuable contributions to present the city. There are three main institutions that support the work of ALTAV: the municipality of Alanya, Alanya Tourist Operators Association and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry have been both financial and moral supporters of the foundation.
