Takas / Exchange

When a property owner is looking to exchange their current property with another property it is named "takas" in Turkish.

This is usually the case of an owner wants to get a property that is bigger or larger than their current property, or of they want something in a different area.

But also you can find people trying to exhange their property for boats, cars and other things . They will then mention the word "takas" in the property ad.
